Starbucks is engaged in a systematic, vicious attack on young workers organizing in Starbucks in the USA. Workers face victimization, harassment and unfair dismissal simply for exercising their universal human right to form and join unions. In response, workers are mobilizing across the Asia-Pacific region – from Fiji to Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar and the Philippines, to India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and the Maldives – to demand that Starbucks respect workers’ rights!
